So simple to prepare that you don’t have to buy those already-made dressing. Champagne Vinaigrette Dressing is based on champagne vinegar, champagne leftover or water and oil (canola is preferable).
– ¼ cup champagne vinegar
– 3 TBSP Champagne leftover (if no Champagne then water)
– ½ cup Canola oil
Season with salt and pepper
Put ingredients in a bottle or a blender and shake
To spice it up, you can add minced garlic or minced shallots.
Et voila!

Perfect with a mesclun salad.
